#GodsWill #GiftGiver Talent and skill are important but they are not at the center of our worship. God wants us to perfect our gifts but we need to worship the Giver of the gifts, not the gift itself. When we position ourselves towards God’s will, instead of our earthly gains, that is when we can enter into a deeper relationship with our heavenly Father. -Ps.119.36 God wants us to practice the talents He’s given us and spend time perfecting them into actual skill to be used for the Kingdom. Mighty MIDI for Live Performance MIDI controllers have been around for a while, but sometimes worship leaders may not use them due to plain misunderstanding of how they work or that they even exist. USB keyboards are a type of MIDI controller as well as a push pad or other device to play music and start/stop tracks. Either way you look at it, MIDI controllers are a great addition to any band and open up a lot of options and flexibility. Hands Free So you’re using tracks in worship, playing guitarSEE DETAILS

#KnowSound (Video Below) The sound engineer is a vital member for making the worship music go without distractions. Hearing the screech of feedback or a pop of something electrical can be distracting to a worshiper. Your sound engineer may not have a mic, but they are in control of yours. Get to know him or her. How well do you know your sound engineer? Although YOU may not know him or her, they know you as a musician, and your instrument, very well. They know about the little quirks ofSEE DETAILS

Five Monitor Settings To Engage With Your Band To A Better Mix“Watch Your Tone With Me Young Man!!” These were famous words around our household growing up. My mom and dad held a steady radar to detect things from us kids like: talking back, being loud and causing a ruckus.
