As a worship leader, one of the challenges that comes with the position is leading a team of volunteers. When you see groups and professional artists lead worship, it is easy to start to compare and become discouraged.
As a team leader, how can you develop and utilize the team of people that God has brought to your church and to your worship team? What are some ways to help build confidence in your team and allow them to use their gifts fully? This week’s guest is Rich Kirkpatrick, who has done extensive training with worship teams across the country.
Learn some practical skills this week about building up your worship team with the group of volunteers that God has placed in your church.
1. As a worship team leader, what is most important to you about leading a worship team? 2. How do you work through issues related to personal conflict on a team? 3. What do you do to encourage others about building their own relationship with the Lord? 4. Simply, out of all you shared with us today, what is the one thing you keep coming back to?
