Love One Another
As #WorshipLeaders and #WorshipTeams, we sing quite a bit about love. Jesus said that the way to show people that we love God is by loving each other (John 13:35). How is this love reflected in how we love each other on the team?Remember, Jesus did NOT say, “people will know that you are mine by the way you love ME …” rather He said, “they’ll know you love ME by the way you love THEM.”That seems a little more difficult! God is easy to love—but our family? The Worship Leader? The drummer? How about that Soprano? They aren’t always so easy to love!

Bio: Crystal Lewis is a critically acclaimed singer/songwriter, multi-Dove Award winner, and Grammy nominee, yet she is a child of God gifted by voice and also gifted to help others find their voice.
Her debut album “Beauty for Ashes” launched three contemporary Christian chart-toppers, among them “People Get Ready (Jesus Is Comin’),” named both the CCM and CRR Song of the Year, and later went gold. Crystal has appeared on Nickelodeon’s acclaimed musical/comedy show ROUNDHOUSE, released more than 20 English albums (including two live albums, two Christmas albums and a children’s album) as well as 7 albums in Spanish.
Recently Lewis has released her new single “Bloom” that can be found on iTunes. A favorite among A-List pop artists, such as Tori Kelly, Crystal has performed in front of millions world-wide. And having worked with, and sung alongside, some of her musical heroes (including Bono, Mary J. Blige, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, Andrae Crouch, David Foster, Donna Summer, and Michael Omartian).
Crystal is more about expressing the joy of life through song than building a life in the limelight. She lives to let the light of Christ shine bright. She sings to lift up people, so they may too see their light in Jesus.
