Wake Up and Live Them!
In ministry, do you ever feel as if each day begins with a new fork in the road? What may have worked yesterday, doesn’t seem to work today.
You may get better at the path you’re on, but it doesn’t lead you where you want. Hence, everyday is faced with a new fork. Patience is found on the very path God has called you.
It may seem irritating and down-right frustrating, but God has called you to something bigger than this. Are your dreams as big as what God has in mind?
Don’t you think that if He implanted those big dreams inside your soul, he also has given you the ability to make them happen? You will encounter challenges everyday that may tempt you to wonder if you are on the right road. Don’t give up.

Has God ever called you to do something great and it seems just out of reach? Do you sense what He’s put on your heart to do: a dream, a vision, a passion?
Where did the fire go, is it still there? Dream Walk, Not Sleep Talk: The opportunities of God are all around you. Don’t go to sleep wishing they will come, start living them as they are here. You cannot live life in the rear-view mirror, talking about shoulda, woulda, coulda…or you would already be doing it. Step and move forward in where the Lord is going right now.
Hear God speak His vision through worship: #Psalm48.9 “Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.” Believe it: Believe in the works God is doing right now. Not a year ago, or yet to come, see them now. #John14.11 “Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise believe because of the works themselves.” If God has presented you the opportunity, you are to be faithful to walk in it.
Even when we don’t understand what God is doing, or how we will get there. God is always faithful to show the way, but we must act: “for we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2Cor5.7 Seize it: When God speaks His vision to you, or whenever He may have said it before, bring this verse to mind: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.” #Phil4.8 We do not find the phrase “No you can’t” in Scripture.
We find in Scripture/Promise that says “And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed;” #2Cor9.8
Stop sleeping, and start living your dreams.

Branon Dempsey is the founder and CEO of Worship Team Training and Worship Team Training University. Branon Dempsey holds an M.Div in Worship Theology and Worship Arts, along with a Bachelors of Music in Composition and Performance, along with an emphasis in worship leader training by Maranatha and Integrity Music.
