Bio: Crystal Lewis is a critically acclaimed singer/songwriter, multi-Dove Award winner, and Grammy nominee, yet she is a child of God gifted by voice and also gifted to help others find their voice. Her debut album “Beauty for Ashes” launched three contemporary Christian chart-toppers, among them “People Get Ready (Jesus Is Comin’),” named both the CCM and CRR Song of the Year, and later went gold.
Crystal has appeared on Nickelodeon’s acclaimed musical/comedy show ROUNDHOUSE, released more than 20 English albums (including two live albums, two Christmas albums and a children’s album) as well as 7 albums in Spanish. Recently Lewis has released her new single “Bloom” that can be found on iTunes.
A favorite among A-List pop artists, such as Tori Kelly, Crystal has performed in front of millions world-wide. And having worked with, and sung alongside, some of her musical heroes (including Bono, Mary J. Blige, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, Andrae Crouch, David Foster, Donna Summer, and Michael Omartian).
Crystal is more about expressing the joy of life through song than building a life in the limelight. She lives to let the light of Christ shine bright. She sings to lift up people, so they may too see their light in Jesus.
