Bio: As the founding Worship Pastor at Saddleback Church, serving alongside Pastor Rick Warren for nearly 25 years, Rick built a worship team (more than 1700 volunteers) from the ground up that served 20,000 attendees weekly. He has coached over 150,000 pastors and church leaders from 60 denominations from over 100 countries. Since Saddleback, Rick is leading worship at different churches and events, serves as the Director of Practicum at California Baptist University training worship leaders, and coaching local church worship leaders and teams. He writes articles for Worship Leader Magazine, part of the creative team that develops and offers the National Worship Leader Conference.
